Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the aquafaba to a stand mixer and start mixing on high.
As the aquafaba mixes, slowly add the rest of the wet ingredients: brown sugar, vanilla extract, and our brown butter.
Once the wet ingredients are well combined and whipped close to stiff peaks, fold them into the dry ingredients. Be careful not to lose air from whipping.
Fold in the chocolate chips and any other additional add-ins.
Bake at 350°F for 12-14 minutes.
